Things have moved on a bit now.  We have received charity status and so it is all systems go!  We are arranging a Family Fun Day Charity Launch at Riverside Park in Southampton on Saturday 26th July from 12 - 4pm.  More information at Family Fun Day on the Charity page. 

We will put some photos on the website after the event and, hopefully, some video footage as well.

Well what a surprise Saturday and the Family Fun Day Charity Launch turned out to be.  It exceeded our wildest expectations!  The day was wonderfully sunny and so many people came it was amazing but so uplifting and encouraging.  We felt everyone there did Sarah proud and we are sure she would loved every minute of it if the circumstances had been different and she could have been there.  Well done everyone who took part and thank you all very much indeed.  Over the next couple of days we will be putting acknowledgments on this webpage but we want to get a comprehensive list together first as there are so many people to say 'thank you' to.  Also we have lots of photos to put on and, hopefully, video as well so please bear with us for a little while longer.

One thing we can tell you is that the winner of the Family Quiz was Neil Cutting from Wimborne in Dorset with 100% correct answers.  Well done Neil and we hope you and your family will enjoy a fun day out at Paultons Park.  The tickets are on their way to you.

Can somebody out there help us please.  There was obviously a little lad called Kieran at the Fun Day who visited the CIS stand and also had his fingerprints taken by Hampshire Constabulary.  We have found his bag of goodies so if you would like to get in touch Kieran we will make sure we get it to you.

 We have received a lot of feedback following the Fun Day and many requests to make it an annual event.  We will be thinking about this and will announce our decision following the next meeting.  It was a lot of hard work but so worthwhile to see the families having fun together.  Have a think about what things you most enjoyed and what other things you would like to see included so that if we do have another one we can include those things, if possible.
