BITTERNE BALTI RAFFLE

The Bitterne Balti restuarant at The Triangle in Bitterne Park was a popular venue for Sarah and Peter to dine alone and also with friends on many occasions over the last 10 years and in that time they had built up a friendship with the owners and staff who have and still do work there.

They wanted to do something to help by raising funds in some way for the Foundation and came up with the idea of a raffle where there were two prizes of a FREE meal for 4 persons and on Saturday 2nd August Sarah's husband Peter pulled the two winning tickets which went to two local residents - Clair from Bullar Road and Brian from Ashtree Road - well done to you both and enjoy your evenings.

In just over one week the Bitterne Balti through the efforts of Lee, Hy and Naz had raised a whopping £500.

So on behalf of everyone at The Sarah Merritt Foundation we would like the thank the Bitterne Balti and would also like to thank everyone who bought a ticket.
